“Nice wig, Janice, what’s it made of?”
It actually wasn’t a horrible wig for being so cheap! As you can see, I love going all out for my Halloween costumes. In addition to some short stories, I also wanted to use this platform to show old costumes over the last few years (mostly those precovid when going out was easier and parties were more in routine).
A theme I notice about my costumes is I always choose a fantasy/whimsical character. Maidens, witches, vampiresses, heroines who go around eating and drinking everything while crying about wanting to go home…
Well, you get it.

The World of Abigail Rose 
I have a few favorites myself and Alice in wonderland is absolutely one of them! There’s Dorothy from The Wizder of OZ and Snow White that I’ve had a strange obsession with forever!
But I also am kind of in love with all things Tim Burton. So this time of year is all about The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands, all The Alice movies, Corpse Bride, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and honestly sooo many more. But I don’t need to name every single one… 🙃
